Considering the commutation torque ripple of brushless DC motor seriously affecting its application in high precision servo system,an adaptive model predictive control algorithm is proposed to alleviate this influence.On the basis of applying traditional square wave PWM-ON control to the system,the overlapping commutation method was introduced,and the duty ratio of the power-controlled switch tube which turns off and turns on the phase during commutation was controlled.Taking the minimum torque ripple during commutation as the goal,the value function was constructed,and the three-phase discrete current equation of the motor during commutation was established to predict the duty ratio of the off-phase and the on-phase,and an adaptive adjustment factor was introduced to adaptively allocate the duty ratio.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm in the full speed range was verified by experiments.
