井下载人索道驱动轮设计及模态分析

摘要
文中对井下载人索道驱动轮体进行了三维建模,并针对 2 种不同的腹板减重孔结构进行了静力学分析,完成了网格无关性验证,并通过分析结果确定了轮体结构,保证了结构的可靠性.同时,进一步对轮体结构进行振动性能分析,得到了轮体前几阶固有频率和模态振型,其结果可为物理试验提供有效指导.
Abstract
In this paper,a three-dimensional model of the driving wheel of the underground manned cableway was constructed,and statics analysis of two different structures of web lightening holes was carried out,and the grid independence was verified,the wheel structure was determined based on analysis results,and the reliability of the structure was ensured.Furthermore,the vibration performance of the wheel structure was analyzed,and the first few natural frequencies and modal shapes of the wheel were obtained,which can provide effective guidance for physical experiments.
