基于S7-1200PLC的立体车库控制系统设计

摘要
文中以西门子S7-1200PLC作为控制器,博图作为软件开发平台,设计了一种智能化程度更高的 12 车位垂直循环式立体车库控制系统.通过对现有立体车库的分析,针对其主要不足,给出该垂直循环式立体车库的总体设计方案.叙述了系统的PLC选型及I/O变量分配,借助Eplan软件完成主电路及控制回路电路设计.采用Profinet I/O通讯协议,基于TCP/IP通信协议实现上位机与设备的通信连接,利用博图软件完成系统程序及HMI人机界面设计.经系统仿真和实际立体车库项目应用,结果表明该系统能更高效、安全地完成存取车操作.
Abstract
In this paper,using Siemens S7-1200PLC as the controller and Botu as the software development platform,a more intelligent 12-parking vertical circulating stereo garage control system is proposed.Based on the analysis of the existing three-dimensional garage,the overall design proposal of the vertical circulating stereoscopic garage is given for its main shortcomings.The PLC selection and I/O variable allocation of the system were discussed,and the main circuit and control loop circuit were designed by Eplan software.Profinet I/O communication protocol and TCP/IP communication protocol were used to realize the communication connection between the upper computer and the equipment,and the system program and HMI man-machine interface design were completed with Botu software.The results of system simulation and application in the actual stereoscopic garage project show that the system can complete the parking operation more efficiently and safely.
