Considering that dust will be generated during the grab unloading process,in this paper, the time and space distribution of dust during unloading is analyzed by CFD-DEM two-way coupling simulation combined with experiments, and the movement law of dust particles is further studied. In addition, the wind speed and dust concentration of induced airflow at the hopper mouth are measured by measuring instruments. The results show that the maximum wind speed of dust escaping from the hopper mouth is 0.69 m/s,the maximum dust concentration around the hopper mouth reaches 754.83 mg/m3,and the dust with small particle size is suspended in the air at a small speed after 20 s of unloading.
