Quayside container crane works in the dock,which is the most widely used loading and unloading equipment with the strongest container loading and unloading capacity in modern docks.Considering the fitting problem of probability density distribution of structural health monitoring response of quayside container crane,an appropriate distribution type is selected according to statistical theory to complete the fitting.The distribution test of structural health monitoring vibration response data was carried out,and chi-square test was conducted to judge whether it conforms to common distribution types.The non-conforming response data were fitted by beta distribution.The least square method was used to solve the parameters of beta distribution,and the distribution characteristics of data such as probability distribution and probability density function were obtained and compared with the original data.Results show that the vibration response data of trolley running direction and vertical health monitoring of quayside container crane structure conform to normal distribution,while the vibration response data of trolley running direction do not conform to common distribution types,and the fitting effect of beta distribution is good.
