Considering the problems of poor life and bearing capacity and easy failure in the structural design of flexspline,firstly,a parametric model of flexspline was established,and then a static analysis of flexspline assembled with wave generator was carried out based on finite element analysis software.Taking the length,wall thickness,tooth width and radius of cylinder fillet of flexspline as variables and the maximum equivalent stress of flexspline as the optimization objective,an orthogonal test was designed,and the selected structural parameters were recombined through range analysis to achieve structural optimization.Results show that the influence degree of each parameter on the maximum equivalent stress of flexspline under no-load condition is as follows:flexspline length>tooth width>wall thickness>fillet radius of cylinder bottom.After range analysis,the structural parameters were combined and simulated,and the maximum equivalent stress of flexspline was reduced by 32.43%,which provides reference for structural optimization of flexspline.
