Since ropeway is an important basic equipment in tourist attractions and ski resorts,its safety and reliability are very important.Disc brake is the key component of ropeway braking system,and its performance directly affects the safe operation of ropeway.As an advanced braking method,graded braking technology can effectively improve the braking performance and stability of the brake.In this paper,the step braking technology of disc brake used in ropeway is studied,and its working principle,design optimization and performance evaluation are analyzed,which provides theoretical support and guidance for the improvement and development of ropeway braking system.
