To improve the operation efficiency of bucket wheel reclaimer and optimize the picking process of reclaimer stacking cleaning,an optimization scheme of picking process of reclaimer stacking cleaning is put forward.Firstly,the best picking angle of each reclaimer in different stacking positions was determined and the materials were taken according to the best angle,and then the height of the yard sprinkler gun was reduced to ensure that the lowest point of the reclaimer's boom is higher than that of the sprinkler gun.Finally,the angle between the boom of the reclaimer and the dam foundation of the storage yard was adjusted,so that the reclaimer can be as close to the dam foundation as possible and reduce the remaining coal near the dam foundation.After optimization,the residual thickness of the material was decreased from 60-80 cm to 30-40 cm,and the residual coal on the dam foundation side was reduced.On average,1900 m3 of coal was decreased in each stacking position.The stacking cleaning time was reduced by an average of 1 h,which reduces the start-up time of stacking cleaning and the operating time of trolley,which improves the stacking cleaning efficiency,reduces the working intensity of workers and reduces the energy consumption.
