基于模态柔度曲率与模型修正的悬臂梁损伤识别方法

摘要
悬臂梁损伤识别为判断结构是否安全提供了重要基础,为了能够正确识别悬臂梁损伤情况,文中提出一种基于模态柔度曲率与有限元模型修正相结合的结构损伤识别方法.研制 3 种模拟损伤情况下的悬臂梁试件,通过传感器优化布置,进行实验模态分析,识别结构的动态特性,基于模态柔度曲率法识别结构损伤位置.通过灵敏度分析,基于贝叶斯的有限元模型修正方法进行模型修正,通过评估参数的变化为指标来确定损伤程度.研究结果表明,所提出的方法可以准确地定位损伤和识别损伤程度,进而验证了方法的可行性与有效性.
Abstract
Damage identification of cantilever beam is an important basis to judge whether the structure is safe.In order to correctly identify the damage of cantilever beam,in this paper,a structural damage identification method based on modal flexibility curvature and finite element model updating is proposed.Three kinds of cantilever beam specimens under simulated damage conditions were developed.Through the optimal arrangement of sensors,experimental modal analysis was carried out to identify the dynamic characteristics of the structure and the damage location of the structure based on modal flexibility curvature method.Through sensitivity analysis,the finite element model updating method based on Bayesian was carried out to update the model,and the damage degree was determined by evaluating the changes of parameters.Results show that the proposed method can accurately locate the damage and identify the damage degree,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
