摘要
文中介绍了激光扫描仪在圆形堆取料机上的应用.从激光扫描仪的工作原理、安装方式、数据处理过程、设备成本、方案选择、应用案例及应用效果等方面,阐述了激光扫描仪在圆形堆取料机智能化发展中的关键作用.根据工程实践,提供了选取激光扫描仪技术因素、可选择的安装位置及固定方式、不同的设计方案组合,旨在为激光扫描仪在堆取料机上的应用提供有益参考.
Abstract
In this paper,the application of laser scanner in circular stacker-reclaimer is introduced.The key role of laser scanner in the intelligent development of circular stacker-reclaimer is described in detail from the aspects of working principle,installation mode,data processing process,equipment cost,scheme selection,application case and application effect.According to the engineering practice,the technical factors of selecting laser scanner,optional installation position and fixing mode,and different design scheme combinations are provided to provide a beneficial reference for the application of laser scanner in stacker and reclaimer.
