摘要

目前,起重机械防碰撞技术主要通过激光或红外传感器测量距离实现.由于起重机械金属结构复杂,多台起重机协同工作时导致更加复杂的空间干涉问题,激光或红外传感器很难全方位实现起重机防碰撞功能.文中利用编码器获取起重机各个机构的实时位置,将位置信息通过网络实时传递给计算机几何模型,采用WebGL技术实现几何模型与实物实时同步,同时进行干涉计算,当距离小于预警值时给予报警信号或控制信号,实现了起重机械全方位防碰撞.

Abstract

Nowadays,the anti-collision of crane is mainly realized by distance measurement through a laser or infrared sensor.Due to the complex metal structure of crane and the more complex spatial interference caused by the cooperation of multiple cranes,it is difficult for laser or infrared sensors to ensure the anti-collision function of cranes.In this paper,the real-time position of each mechanism of the crane is obtained through the encoder,and the position information is transmitted to the computer geometric model in real time through the network.WebGL technology is used to realize the real-time synchronization between the geometric model and the real object,and interference calculation is carried out at the same time.When the distance is less than the early warning value,an alarm signal or a control signal is sent to ensure the realization of anti-collision function of cranes.
