摘要

文中针对装配式综合管廊的施工特点提出一种装配式综合管廊拼装设备方案,对拼装设备中架管机姿态控制、管廊拼装精度控制、管廊载荷控制、架运设备快速通过节点和转场作业等关键技术进行研究,运用结构设计和控制技术相结合的方案,解决架管机姿态控制难点;采用多功能回转吊具解决管廊拼装精度的问题;采用多点液压支撑技术解决管廊载荷控制难点;采用过渡桥方案解决设备快速通过节点和转场作业的问题,该拼装设备已成功应用实际综合管廊施工中.

Abstract

Considering the construction characteristics of assembled utility tunnel,a scheme of assembled utility tunnel assembly equipment is put forward.The key technologies such as attitude control of pipe jacking machine,precision control of pipe gallery assembly,load control of pipe gallery,rapid passing of equipment through nodes and transition operation were studied,and the difficult problem of attitude control of pipe jacking machine was solved through structural design and control technology.Multi-functional rotary spreader was adopted to ensure the assembly accuracy of pipe gallery.Multi-point hydraulic support technology was adopted to solve the difficulties in load control of pipe gallery.A transition bridge was adopted to solve the problem of equipment passing through nodes and transition operations quickly.This assembling equipment has been successfully applied in the actual construction of utility tunnel.
