摘要

针对现有码头数字孪生技术对设备机械结构内部应力变化缺少有效检测的问题,文中以集装箱门式起重机为研究对象,提出了该型起重机数字孪生监测系统框架,通过三维模型建立、有限元分析、深度学习等手段,采用数值拟合方法实现起重机金属结构应力的实时监测;同时,满足了数字孪生的实时性和准确性,为实现港口机械设备数字化、智能化管理提供参考.

Abstract

Considering that the existing dock digital twin technology can not effectively detect the internal stress changes of the mechanical structure of equipment,in this paper,taking the container gantry crane as the research object,a digital twin monitoring system for the gantry crane is proposed,which can realize the real-time monitoring of the stress of the crane metal structure through three-dimensional model establishment,finite element analysis,deep learning,numerical fitting and other means.In addition,the system also meets the requirements of real-time and accuracy of digital twin,which provides a reference for realizing digital and intelligent management of port machinery and equipment.
