摘要

为了解决重载轨道运输平板车在弧线段轨道运送重物时所引起的车轮轮缘与轨道侧面的剧烈磨损及啃轨问题,文中通过分析平板车的主要结构及在弧线段轨道运行时的现状,提出一种可自动转向重载轨道运输平板车的设计改进方法,即利用直线驱动装置和车轮转角测距机构联调联动,使前后 4 个车轮在弧线段轨道运行时根据测距传感器输出的车轮与轨道的间距信号,自动将车轮沿顶部的回转轴转动一定的角度,以使车轮轮缘与轨道侧面基本无摩擦.

Abstract

To address the problem of severe wear and gnawing of the wheel rim and the side of the rail when transporting heavy objects on the arc section of rail,through analysis of the main structure of the flat car and the current situation when it is running in the arc section of rail,an improved design method of the flat car which can automatically turn to the heavy rail is put forward,in which the linear drive device and the wheel angle ranging mechanism are used for joint adjustment and linkage,so that when the arc section of rail is running,The front and rear four wheels can automatically rotate the wheels along the rotating shaft at the top for a certain angle according to the distance signal between the wheels and the rail output by a ranging sensor,so as to basically eliminate the wear between the wheel rim and the side of the rail.
