摘要

在日益复杂的物流仓储集成系统中,作为独立子系统的环形车调度系统存在效率瓶颈缺陷问题,采用集成到WCS平台下的方法进行信息共享、融合调度,可以解决集群调度难题.文中突破多车调度系统中智能算法的难点,通过对环形车系统的可配置化设计、缩短现场调试周期,同时开展环形车虚拟调试平台的设计,解决现场系统作业效率难以预测的问题.结果表明:通过融合入WCS平台的环形车调度技术,实现了复杂物流输送系统多维资源的高效配置,经项目验证运用集成在WCS平台下的调度系统使得输送效率提升10%以上.

Abstract

In the increasingly complex integrated logistics and warehousing system,there is an efficiency bottleneck problem in the loop car scheduling system as an independent subsystem.By integrating into the WCS platform for information sharing and integrated scheduling,the problem of cluster scheduling can be solved.In this paper,the problem of intelligent algorithm in multi-vehicle dispatching system is solved,and the problem of unpredictable operation efficiency of on-site system is solved through the configurable design of loop car system,shortening the on-site debugging period and the design of virtual debugging platform of loop car.The results show that the efficient allocation of multi-dimensional resources of complex logistics transportation system is realized by integrating the loop car scheduling into WCS platform.It is verified that the scheduling system integrated into WCS platform can improve the transportation efficiency by more than 10%.
