摘要

文中针对目前在用的老旧悬臂式堆取料机臂架俯仰机构的多发性故障,对其液压系统进行理论分析,并改造臂架俯仰液压缸阀块,整体布置在液压缸无杆腔处.同时,增加保压元件和减速阀,提高了设备的安全性和可靠性,为传统的斗轮堆取料机液压系统改造提供有益的借鉴.

Abstract

Based on the frequently-occurred failures of the old cantilever stacker reclaimer boom pitching mechanism,theoretical analysis of hydraulic system was carried out,and the valve block of the boom pitching hydraulic cylinder was reformed,and it was set in the rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder as a whole.Additionally,the safety and reliability of the equipment were improved by the addition of pressure maintaining components and deceleration valves,which provides useful reference for the improvement of the hydraulic system of the traditional bucket wheel stacker reclaimer.
