With the development of the three-dimensional warehouse,the efficiency and speed of the stacker are getting higher and higher.Because of the impact of inertia and harmful vibration during operation,the influence on the stacker is getting greater and greater,so it is necessary to further study the overall reliability and control strategy of the equipment.Therefore,an S-shaped coordinated speed control curve was selected to replace the original multi-segment speed control curve,and a multi-body dynamic model was established through ADAMS to simulate the movement of the stacker.The influence of two kinds of speed control curves on the amplitude of the column was compared by Simulink.The results show that coordinated speed regulation can make the stacker more stable in operation.
