Considering that the vibration signal of planetary reducer is easily disturbed by noise,a combined denoising method based on empirical mode decomposition of adaptive noise complete set and adaptive wavelet threshold is proposed,and the effectiveness of this method is proved by simulation and experimental signals.The vibration signal was decomposed by adaptive noise complete set empirical mode,and a series of eigenmode functions were obtained.The arrangement entropy of each eigenmode function was calculated,and the noise level of different components was estimated according to the arrangement entropy.Noise components were eliminated,and useful components were retained,and the noise-containing components was denoised with adaptive wavelet threshold.Finally,the denoised component and the useful component were reconstructed to obtain denoised signals.
