摘要

为分析铁路货场门式起重机轨道典型扣件的承载特性,文中以 40.5t轨道式龙门起重机为例,围绕轨道系统中普遍使用的弹条式扣件和扣板式扣件进行理论和试验研究.通过扣件应力测试方法分析轨道侧向力对扣件力学性能的影响规律,了解弹条式扣件和扣板式扣件在不同制动过程中载荷传递的特点,从而为铁路货场门式起重机轨道系统的设计和优化提供有益参考,有助于更好地选择和应用不同类型的扣件以满足不同的运输需求和环境条件.

Abstract

To analyze the load-bearing characteristics of typical fasteners in the track of gantry crane in railway freight yard,taking a 40.5 t gantry crane as an example,the elastic fastener and gusset fastener commonly used in the track system are studied theoretically and experimentally.Through the stress test of fasteners,the influence law of track lateral force on the mechanical properties of fasteners was analyzed,and the load transfer characteristics of spring-loaded fasteners and pinch-plate fasteners in different braking processes were revealed,thus providing reference for the design and optimization of track system of gantry crane in railway freight yard,and helping to better select and apply different types of fasteners to meet different transportation needs and environmental conditions.
