Based on an actual case of a bridge crane, the relationship between deflection and inclination under main girder under different load conditions is deeply studied. The actual deflection and inclination are obtained by accurate measuring instruments and analyzed in detail. The research proves that there is an internal relationship between the deflection under the main girder and the inclination angle, which provides a theoretical basis for real-time monitoring and risk assessment of the deflection under the main girder of the crane. This study is of great significance to prevent the safety hazards caused by the insufficient static stiffness of the main girder structure, and provides valuable reference for the design, manufacture and maintenance of cranes.
