摘要

目前,用于带式输送机的智能托辊技术,需托辊满足传感器的供电、数据收集、数据收发 3 个模块的协同工作,使用长距离线路供电成本过高,安装蓄电池充放电需要人力进行检查,很大程度上降低了传感器的工作效率.文中对外转子永磁发电机与托辊进行结合设计智能托辊,利用托辊的旋转将机械能转化为电能,供传感器使用.对设计的智能托辊结构进行力学分析,在输送带添加物料的情况下得出智能托辊与普通托辊的关系,智能托辊满足普通托辊的工作要求.最后进行动力学模态分析,得出智能托辊的频率模态频率,为智能托辊的结构设计提供一定的参考依据,减少传动滚筒的故障发生.

Abstract

Regarding the intelligent idler technology of belt conveyor,the idler needs to meet the requirements for cooperative work of sensor power supply,data collection and data transceiver modules.The cost with long-distance lines for power supply is too high,and manual inspection is needed if batteries are selected.This greatly reduces the working efficiency of the sensor.Now,the power supply module needs to be built in the idler,so structure design of idler is needed.An intelligent idler was designed by combining the outer rotor permanent magnet generator with the idler.Mechanical energy was converted into electrical energy by rotating the idler to provide power for the sensor.The mechanical analysis of the designed intelligent idler was carried out.Compared with the ordinary idler,the intelligent idler can meet the working requirements of the ordinary idler under when materials are added onto the conveyor belt.Finally,the dynamic modal analysis was carried out,and the frequency modal frequency of the intelligent idler was obtained,which provides a basis for the structural design of the intelligent idler and reduces the failure of the transmission drum.
