Considering the problems such as long operation period,low positioning accuracy and difficulty in entering the groove in manual dispatching of stoplogs of hydropower stations,an auxiliary operation system of intelligent gate hoists for ecological dispatching of hydropower stations is proposed.Firstly,the overall scheme of a system was formulated by hierarchical design,and the multi-layer control structure was designed in combination with the working mode of gantry crane,and the hardware platform integration was completed according to the functions of each layer.Secondly,the key operation steps of the gantry crane were analyzed,and the control strategies of position tracking control,intelligent swing elimination of the trolley and fault judgment of entering the trough were formulated,and the control program was developed through AutoThink platform.Finally,the effectiveness and functionality of the auxiliary operating system of the intelligent gantry crane were verified by the test platform.The experimental results show that the auxiliary operating system can realize accurate tracking control and intelligent swing elimination in the whole process of gantry crane operation,and has the ability of interference judgment and fault handling of stoplogs entering the groove.This study provides a theoretical basis for the intelligent upgrading of the gantry crane for ecological dispatching of hydropower stations.
