摘要

架空索道广泛应用于国内各景区及滑雪场,其中脱挂抱索器形式的索道较为常见.抱索器负责连接钢丝绳和客运吊厢,借由钢丝绳的牵引带动吊厢的运动,是索道的核心部件.抱索器在站内移动的过程中需要与多种机械结构互相接触,其运动姿态和受力对其磨损最为严重,文中主要研究其结构参数和轨道参数对其受力和运动的复杂影响,通过数学工具总结其规律,以期得到优质的匹配参数,提高抱索器寿命.

Abstract

Aerial ropeways are widely used in scenic spots and ski resorts in China,among which ropeways with detachable rope grippers are more common.The rope gripper is used to connect the wire rope with the passenger car which is driven by the traction of the wire rope,so the rope gripper is a key component of the ropeway.While moving in the station,the rope gripper needs to contact with different mechanical structures,and its movement posture and stress are closely related to its wear.The authors mainly studied the complex influence of its structural parameters and track parameters on its stress and movement,and summarized relevant laws through mathematical tools to get high-quality matching parameters and prolong the service life of cable grippers.
