摘要

文中提出了一种固定式起重机带载运行的新型结构,旨在解决传统起重机在操作过程中经常遇到的外部异物干扰和钢绳管理问题,包括伸缩钢绳在回收过程中容易发生错位、缠绕,以及因异物混入而导致的损坏,这些问题不仅降低了设备的运行效率,还增加了操作风险和维护成本.通过引入钢丝毛刷头设计,减少因异物引起的设备损害,从而延长设备的使用寿命,有效预防了伸缩钢绳的错位及缠绕现象.该新型结构设计还考虑到了操作的便利性和实用性.通过精确控制清理辊轴的工作时机和转速,确保清理过程既高效又不会对伸缩钢绳造成额外磨损.同时,该设计还能够适应不同环境和工作条件,具有良好的适应性和可靠性,提高了设备的运行效率和安全性.

Abstract

In this paper,a new stationary crane operating with loads is designed to solve the problems of external foreign matter interference and steel rope management that are often encountered in the operation of traditional cranes,including the easy dislocation and winding of telescopic steel rope in the recovery process and the damage caused by foreign matter mixing.Those problems not only reduce the operation efficiency of the equipment,but also increase the operation risk and maintenance cost.By introducing the design of steel wire brush head,equipment damage caused by foreign matters is reduced,thus prolonging the service life of the equipment and effectively preventing the dislocation and winding of the telescopic steel rope.The new structure also takes into account the convenience and practicability of operation.Accurate control of the working timing and rotating speed of the cleaning roller shaft can ensure that the cleaning process is efficient and no additional wear is brought to the telescopic steel rope.Meanwhile,the structure can also adapt to different environments and working conditions,and has good adaptability and reliability,which improves the operating efficiency and safety of the equipment.
