Considering low speed regulation accuracy and slow dynamic response speed of the three-phase asynchronous motor used in the hoisting mechanism of stacker,a rotor field oriented vector control method is proposed for speed regulation of the three-phase asynchronous motor.Firstly, according to the AC variable frequency speed regulation system, the equivalent coordinate transformation of parameters was carried out,and the stator current of AC motor was decomposed into torque current and excitation current components, which are used to control the electromagnetic torque and excitation magnetic field of the motor.Combined with the characteristic curve of three-phase asynchronous motor and the working principle of inverter,a mathematical model was established in LabVIEW.Then, the control system of the hoisting mechanism of stacker was simulated through the Simulink platform. The comparison between the simulation results and the measured results shows that the variable frequency speed regulation method based on rotor field oriented vector control can improve the torque and speed accuracy of the hoisting mechanism of stacker in application.
