摘要

为了准确便捷地开展起重机轮压测试,文中研制出基于应变-轮压力学模型的轮压检测试样,利用试样在起重机车轮下产生的应变构建神经网络模型,并将应变数据导入神经网络进行训练,用训练好的模型推断出起重机车轮轮压.实验效果表明:使用神经网络方法进行起重机车轮的轮压检测是可行的.

Abstract

To detect the wheel pressure of crane accurately and conveniently,a wheel pressure test piece based on strain-wheel pressure model was developed.Based on the strain generated by the test piece under the crane wheel,a neural network model was constructed,and the strain data was introduced into the neural network for training.The trained model was used to infer wheel pressure of cranes.The experimental results show that it is feasible to detect the wheel pressure of cranes by using the neural network.
