摘要

准确预测风力数据及模拟风场特性对大型门式起重机的风载安全性至关重要,为了提高大型门式起重机风力数据和风场特性的模拟准确度,文中结合数值模拟和风洞试验,分别从测点压力系数、风力系数和速度场等方面将DES和RANS湍流模型的预测精度进行了对比研究.研究结果表明:DES对主梁、刚腿前腿迎风面和刚腿后腿背风面的测点压力系数精度要高于RANS,与试验误差大多在 10%以内,但对于刚腿前腿背风面和刚腿后腿迎风面测点压力系数,RANS更接近试验数据.在风力系数预测方面,DES更优于RANS,对整机风力系数的预测误差仅为 0.894%.因此,模型选择应视情况而定,在资源足够的情况下推荐首选DES.

Abstract

Accurate prediction of wind data and simulation of wind field characteristics are crucial to the wind load safety of large gantry cranes.To improve the simulation accuracy of wind data and wind field characteristics of large-scale gantry crane,the prediction accuracy of DES and RANS turbulence models was compared from pressure coefficient,wind coefficient and velocity field of measuring points by combining numerical simulation and wind tunnel test.The research results show that compared with RANS,the accuracy of pressure coefficient of main beam,the windward side of rigid leg front leg and the leeward side of rigid leg rear leg is higher when based on DES,with most experimental errors within 10%.However,for the pressure coefficient of rigid leg front leg leeward side and rigid leg rear leg windward side,the results based on RANS were closer to the experimental data.DES is better than RANS in wind coefficient prediction,and the prediction error of wind coefficient of the whole machine is only 0.894%.Therefore,the model selection should depend on the situation,and DES is the first choice if resources are sufficient.
