With the improvement of industrial automation level,intelligent maintenance of conveying system has become a key factor to ensure production efficiency.A new failure detection technology of tubular belt conveyors based on intelligent inspection robot is proposed,which integrates advanced sensor technology and data processing algorithm,and is suitable for the realization of real-time monitoring and early failure warning of tubular belt conveyors.Through the collection and analysis of multi-dimensional data such as vibration signal,temperature change and wear degree,a set of failure diagnosis model suitable for complex working conditions was developed.The experimental results show that the technical system can effectively identify a variety of typical failure modes,and can significantly improve the reliability and maintenance efficiency of the tubular belt conveyor system in application.
