某型特种起重机担负大型设备吊装转运任务,安全要求高,一旦发生升降控制失效等故障未及时稳妥处置极易引发重大安全事件.文中针对现有应急手动下放操作存在的操作不便利、效率低,人员素质要求较高等问题,从结构组成、工作原理及技术特点等方面介绍一种采用柴油机直驱液压泵作为动力源驱动升降机构动作的技术,在起重机起升机构工作特性及控制流程的基础上,综合考虑某型特种起重机的载荷性能、构造布局、使用环境等实际情况,提出一种无电应急升降装置的设计思路,并结合现有起重机设备论证了加装改造该应急升降装置的可行性和加装方案,对该装置的操作使用模式进行了分析,为起重机应急处置操作提供了一套备选方案,提高了吊装作业的安全性.
The safety requirements of a special crane used for hoisting and transferring large equipment are very strict,and any lifting control failure may leads to major safety incidents if it is not handled in time and safely.Considering the problems existing in the existing emergency manual lowering operation,such as inconvenient operation,low efficiency and high personnel quality requirements,a technology of using diesel direct-drive hydraulic pump as power source to drive the hoisting mechanism is introduced from the aspects of structural composition,working principle and technical characteristics.Based on the working characteristics and control flow of crane hoisting mechanism,considering the actual situation of a special crane,such as load performance,structural layout,use environment,etc.,an emergency lifting appliance without electricity is put forward,and the feasibility and installation proposals of adding and transforming the emergency lifting appliance were demonstrated in combination with existing crane equipment,and the operation mode of the appliance was analyzed,which provides an option for crane emergency handling operation and improves the safety of hoisting operation.
