虚拟样机技术及虚拟样机试验

从20世纪90年代开始,美国国防部提出了基于仿真的采办(SBA)的概念,虚拟样机(VP)是基于仿真的采办中的一个重要概念,是建模与仿真技术在其中的一个最重要的应用形式。它利用虚拟样机代替物理样机对产品进行创新设计、测试、评估和人员训练,成为缩短产品开发周期,降低成本,改进产品设计质量,提高面向客户与市场需求能力的重要手段。本文在分析虚拟样机技术及特点的基础上,提出了虚拟样机试验的思路和建议,用虚拟样机试验解决传统串行采办中的某些不足,提高试验质量,提高试验评估能力。
Virtual Prototype Technology and Testing
Simulation Based Acquisition (SBA) has been proposed by DoD of the United States since 1990s. Virtual Prototype (VP) is one of the most important concepts in SBA, and an important application of the Modeling and Simu-lation. Using virtual prototypes instead of physical ones when products designing, testing, valuating and personnel training can reduce the time and cost of products development, improve the quality of products and satisfaction of cus-tomers. Some pieces of advice on VP testing are proposed to overcome some shortness in the traditional procedures of military equipment acquisition, improve the quality of testing, and the ability of evaluation, based on the technology of VP.
