Enterprises generate a large amount of data constantly,and processing and utilizing these data will bring huge economic and social benefits to the enterprises.However,due to the inconsistent data standards,data inconsistency,and low data quality among different departments in the enterprise,these data cannot be directly used for internal system data sharing,data analysis,and management decision-making,and need to undergo data governance before they can be used.Data governance is a complex systematic project,and the success rate of enterprise data governance projects is low and the effect is not good.This article analyzes the current situation and problems,proposes an agile governance process framework,and provides a new paradigm reference for enterprise data governance.
