摘要
本文针对当前电信运营商信息化平台数据庞杂、安全要求较高的现状,设计集数据资源分类管控、数据加密、脱敏、审计、管控以及预警处置等于一体的综合平台.设计安全管控平台的框架,详细描述数据资产梳理和分类分级管理、存储加密、接口安全管理、防泄露、数据溯源审计和风险监测与应急处置等功能的设计,阐述典型功能的实现过程.本平台的应用为电信运营商提供全面、可靠的安全保障.
Abstract
This article designs a comprehensive platform that integrates data resource classification and control,data encryption,desensitization,auditing,control,and early warning and disposal in response to the current situation of complex data and high security requirements of telecommunications operator information platforms.Firstly,the framework of the security control platform was designed,followed by a detailed description of the design of functions such as data asset sorting and classification management,storage encryption,interface security management,leak prevention,data traceability audit,risk monitoring and emergency response.Finally,the implementation process of typical functions was explained.The application of this platform provides comprehensive and reliable security guarantees for telecommunications operators.
