Large radio telescopes require high requirements in terms of location selection,installation,and calibration.With the increasing number of astronomy enthusiasts,there is an increasing demand for small household radio telescopes in the market.Most radio telescope tracking devices are driven by servo motors,which are expensive.So,based on laboratory radio spectrometers,in order to reduce costs,relatively inexpensive improved DC motors are used to drive the radio telescope for azimuth and pitch rotation,and select the MSP430F169 microcontroller with simple design and reliable operation to achieve rotation control and data information collection of the radio telescope.Experimental results show that the system is stable,we can achieve the purpose of the design.
