当前,全面推动数字化转型已成为企业变革发展的战略高地.软件作为核心载体,通过将价值创造和价值传递全过程数字化、网络化、智能化,为企业创新和业务转型赋能.本文将从开发过程模型、开发协同管理和开发效能评价三个方面的转变,对如何通过软件研制模式变革满足数字化转型需求开展相关研究.
Abstract
At present,comprehensively promoting digital transformation has become a strategic high ground for enterprise reform and development.As the core carrier,software enables enterprise innovation and business transformation by digitalizing,networking,and intelligentizing the entire process of value creation and value transfer.This article will conduct research on how to meet the needs of digital transformation through software development model revolution from three aspects:development process model,development collaboration management,and development efficiency evaluation.
