摘要
本文针对乡村电商直播技能培训参与度低、培训形式不够合理、培训效果不够明显的现状,基于"资源共建共享"理念,设计以政府组织为主单位,高校、企业共建共享课程、会议、活动等培训资源的电商直播技能培训资源平台系统,实现电商直播技能培训资源的最大化运用,帮助增强致富技能.
Abstract
This article focuses on the current situation of low participation,unreasonable training forms,and insufficient training effects in rural e-commerce live streaming skills training.Based on the concept of"resource co construction and sharing",a e-commerce live streaming skills training resource platform system is designed,with government organizations as the main unit and universities and enterprises jointly building and sharing courses,conferences,activities,and other training resources,to achieve the maximum utilization of e-commerce live streaming skills training resources,Help enhance wealth creation skills.
