水轮发电机智能调速控制系统主要由控制核心(可编程控制器)、原动机、水轮发电机、检测传感器、反馈装置组成.智能调速控制系统的主要工作原理是使用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)接收各种传感器检测到的信号,如转速、电压和开关等,经过预先编写好的程序进行运算和处理后,向执行元件(即电机)发出控制命令以驱动装置正常运行.使用由西门子公司生产的S7-1200系列PLC作为控制核心,可自动实现启动、停机和紧急停机等控制程序.通过原理图、系统功能图和PLC控制程序设计,制定一套完整方案,详细介绍水轮发电机智能调速控制系统的控制方案.
Design of Intelligent Speed Control System for Hydroelectric Turbine Generator
Hydro generator intelligent speed control system is mainly composed of control core(programmable controller),prime mover,hydro generator,detection sensors,feedback device.The main working principle of the intelligent speed control system is to use the programmable logic controller(PLC)to receive the signals detected by various sensors,such as speed,voltage and switching,etc.,and then send control commands to the executive element(i.e.,the motor)to drive the device to operate normally after the pre-written program is calculated and processed.Using the S7-1200 series PLC manufactured by Siemens as the control core,control programs such as startup,shutdown and emergency shutdown can be realized automatically.Through the design of schematic diagram,system function diagram and PLC control program,a complete set of program is developed to introduce the control scheme of hydro generator intelligent speed control system in detail.
