This study examines the efficacy of Large Language Models(LLM)in the billing systems of telecommunications operators.Focusing on key scenarios such as customer complaint resolution,bill inquiry,and network fault response,the research highlights LLM's significant role in enhancing service efficiency and customer satisfaction.Central to the study are applications in scenarios like suspension and restoration of services following customer complaints,invoice printing,tariff package consultation,and operation and maintenance knowledge base Q&A.The findings demonstrate LLM's potential in optimizing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
