In the context of the increasing application of information technology in the management of public institutions,personnel management should also achieve information-based management.This article analyzes the needs of personnel management in public institutions,designs five modules of the personnel management system for public institutions,including personnel information management,attendance and leave management,assessment management,salary and benefits management,and education and training management.The system has optimized the process of personnel management in public institutions,reduced offline management costs,and improved the efficiency of personnel management.
