化工企业重大危险源监测预警系统设计与实现

新一代信息技术以及物联网技术的快速发展改变了很多企业的管理方式.化工企业因其生产的特殊性,在生产过程中会产出可以造成重大危险的危险源.当前对危险源的监测预警,虽然已经由传统的人力监管向着与现代化信息技术结合发展,但还是不能满足企业需求.本文基于重大危险源监测需求,设计结合参数监测和通信技术的系统,本系统由传感器、数据采集装置、企业生产控制系统以及工业数据通信网络等组成,系统依靠即时分析接收到的信息执行关键风险源的动态监控及预警任务,并配置相应的系统安全防护设施.
Design and Implementation of Monitoring and Early Warning System for Major Hazard Installations in Chemical Enterprises
The rapid development of new generation information technology and Internet of Things technology has changed the management methods of many enterprises.Due to the special nature of their production,chemical enterprises may produce hazardous sources that can cause significant hazards during the production process.Although the current monitoring and early warning of hazards has shifted from traditional human supervision to the integration of modern information technology,it still cannot meet the needs of enterprises.This article is based on the monitoring requirements of major hazard sources,and designs a system that combines parameter monitoring and communication technology.The system consists of sensors,data acquisition devices,enterprise production control systems,and industrial data communication networks.The system relies on real-time analysis of received information to perform dynamic monitoring and early warning tasks of key risk sources,and configure corresponding system safety protection facilities.
