当前,新一轮数字化智能变革,自动化与IT技术创新融合,以工业大数据分析为核心的全生命周期服务、以工业互联和智能制造为核心的产业协同模式对制造业数字化转型的驱动能力正逐渐显现,无论是大企业依托平台开展工业大数据分析,以实现更高层次的价值挖掘,中小企业应用平台上的云化工具,以较低成本实现信息化与数字化普及,还是基于平台的制造资源优化配置和产融对接等应用模式创新,都推动制造业向着更高发展水平迈进.本文通过以工业操作系统为核心的工业互联网平台打造企业智能工厂,辅助企业进行智能制造、业务高效管理和生产精益管控,进而实现企业的数据互通、信息流转、数实融合、高效生产、节能降耗、机器换人等,实现数字化转型.
Based on the Industrial Internet Platform Smart Factories to Assist the Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises
At present,a new round of digital intelligent change,automation and IT technology innovation,industrial data analysis as the core of the whole life cycle of service,industrial interconnection and intelligent manufacturing as the core of manufacturing digital transformation drive ability is gradually emerging,whether large enterprises relying on the platform for industrial data analysis,to achieve a higher level of value,small and medium-sized enterprise application platform cloud tools,at low cost to achieve informatization and digital popularization,or based on the platform manufacturing resources optimization configuration and production docking application mode innovation,promote manufacturing towards a higher level of development.In this paper through the industrial operating system as the core of industrial Internet platform to build enterprise intelligent factory,auxiliary enterprises for intelligent manufacturing,business efficient management and production of lean control,and realize enterprise data exchange,information flow,real fusion,efficient production,saving energy and reducing consumption,machine substitution,etc.,realize the digital transformation.
