目前我国电力企业采用的人工开票方式已无法满足现代电力生产管理的要求,而智能成票系统则可以有效解决两票问题.基于此,本文通过分析现状问题,对变电站运检作业智能成票系统功能模块进行设计,并对其具体应用进行分析,有效解决了手工开票的诸多弊端,有利于操作票制度的标准化及操作票管理的规范化.变电站运检作业智能成票系统操作票专家系统的设计和应用,有效保证了安全特性的同时简化了开票模拟成票过程,而且易于后期维护,可灵活地适应运行方式的改变.
Design and Implementation of Intelligent Ticketing System for Substation Operation and Inspection
At present,the manual invoicing method adopted by China's power enterprises can no longer meet the requirements of modern power production management,while the intelligent invoicing system can effectively solve the problem of two tickets.Based on this,this article analyzes the current situation and issues,designs the functional modules of the intelligent ticketing system for substation operation and inspection,and analyzes its specific applications,effectively solving the many drawbacks of manual invoicing,which is conducive to the standardization of the operation ticket system and the standardization of operation ticket management.The design and application of an intelligent ticket generation system for substation operation and inspection,an operation ticket expert system,effectively ensures safety characteristics while simplifying the simulated ticket generation process.It is also easy to maintain in the later stage and can flexibly adapt to changes in operation mode.
