机载电子设备环境试验自动化系统设计与实现

机载电子设备环境试验的数量增长带来了较大的成本压力.为了有效应对挑战,设备供应商需进行环境试验自动化的研究.本文基于环境试验的过程要求,梳理了自动化所面临的问题,分析了环境试验自动化系统的需求,设计了系统硬件架构和软件架构,并进行了系统实现和验证工作.验证结果表明自动化系统的设计和实现能够满足环境试验过程的自动化和无人化要求,有效降低环境试验成本.
Environment Test Automatic System Design and Implementation for Airborne Electronic Equipment
Increasing environment tests for airborne electronic equipment can cause great cost pressure on suppliers.In order to cut cost,suppliers need to start research on test automation.Based on process requirements of environment test,system requirements of environment test automatic system are analyzed,hardware architecture and software architecture are designed,and system implementation and verification are also completed.Verification result shows system design and implementation can meet automation requirements of environment test,and test cost is cut effectively without human involvement.
