Smart Tourism Service Platform Based on"5G+AI"Technology Study on Aging-friendly Design
With the development of digital society,artificial intelligence,5G,Internet of Things,and cloud computing technologies are widely applied in various industries,and AI based service models are gradually becoming a new industry format.However,the intelligent development of society cannot exclude the elderly population,therefore,intelligent service platforms must be designed to adapt to aging.This article studies the aging friendly construction of a smart tourism service platform based on"5G+AI"technology,and proposes online improvement directions,which is to use"5G+AI"technology to help elderly users better adapt to and use online platforms,thereby solving the problems of slow adaptation and difficult use of smart platforms by elderly users improing the experience and happiness of elderly tourists playing in scenic spots,and realizes a"perceptible,temperature present,and service enjoying"platform.
