基于煤矿在智能化综合管控平台建设过程中采集与融合分析多来源、多类型数据的处理办法与Python编程、SQL Server数据库、大数据预处理与分析技术,设计一套符合工业现场重大设备数据采集要求的软件,实现工业自动化过程中重大设备感知数据采集.设计实现重大设备感知数采软件,对各类型重大设备感知数据进行收集与预处理,为煤矿智能化综合管控平台提供基础数据支撑,最终实现辅助煤矿安全生产、减灾、防灾的目的.
Design and Implementation of Data Acquisition Software for Major Equipment Perception Based on Python Technology
Based on the methods of collecting and integrating analysis of multi-source and multi type data in the construction process of intelligent comprehensive control platform in coal mines,as well as Python programming,SQL Server database,big data preprocessing and analysis technology,a set of software that meets the requirements of data collection for major equipment in industrial sites is designed to achieve the perception data collection of major equipment in industrial automation processes.Design and implement data acquisition software for major equipment perception,collect and preprocess perception data of various types of major equipment,provide basic data support for the intelligent comprehensive control platform of coal mines,and ultimately achieve the role of assisting coal mine safety production,disaster reduction,and prevention.
