随着时代的发展,传统农业逐渐向智慧农业转型,许多智慧农业生产模式被开发并应用到实际农业生产活动中,特别是以智慧大棚为代表的生产模式.然而,作为智慧大棚重要作物的茄子,其采摘环节仍然是一个短板,现在市面上还没有能够实现自动化采摘的设备,造成了自动化生产环节的脱节.针对这一问题,团队成员研究茄子的生长规律并参考现有设备,设计出了一款集采摘、运输功能为一体的视觉识别的自动茄子采摘机(以下简称自动化茄子采摘机),整机分为采摘机构、运动底盘、运输机构、收集挂车四个部分,四个部分相互配合,实现了自动采摘并运回的自动化采摘流程.
Automatic Eggplant Picking Machine Based on Visual Recognition
With the development of the times,traditional agriculture is gradually transforming towards smart agriculture,and many smart agricultural production models have been developed and applied to actual agricultural production activities,especially the production models represented by smart greenhouses.However,as an important crop in smart greenhouses,eggplants still face a shortcoming in their harvesting process.Currently,there is no equipment on the market that can achieve automated harvesting,resulting in a disconnect in the automated production process.In response to this issue,team members studied the growth pattern of eggplants and referred to existing equipment to design an automatic eggplant picking machine(hereinafter referred to as the automatic eggplant picking machine)that integrates picking and transportation functions.The machine is divided into four parts:picking mechanism,moving bottom plate,transportation mechanism,and collection trailer.The four parts cooperate with each other to achieve an automatic picking and transfome process.
