A Formal Method in PHM Design of Object Controller
In order to predict the failure of Object Controller,guide the preventive maintenance,reduce the maintenance cost,reduce the operation failure rate and improve the competitiveness of the product,the PHM design of Object Controller is needed.In this paper,it is pointed out that the primary problem of PHM design is to determine the critical performance parameters and performance margin of equipment,and a formal analysis method based on belief reliability,is used to determine the critical performance parameters and performance margin of Object Controller,which provides a basis for the subsequent PHM design.
