In today's era of rapid development of digital industrialization and industrial digitalization,data,as an important resource and production factor,is becoming increasingly important,and data security has been elevated to a national strategic level.Strengthening data security governance and establishing a three-dimensional,comprehensive data security protection system is of great significance for protecting the privacy of individuals or market entities,safeguarding social public interests and national security.This paper takes data security management throughout its lifecycle as the entry point,and combines the actual situation of public data management in the market supervision system to establish a complete set of security protection system.It clarifies the protection requirements and the available protection measures and encryption technologies at each stage.On the one hand,it is beneficial to rationally allocate data protection resources and reduce protection costs.On the other hand,it can promote the safe application and sharing of market supervision public data among institutions and industries,further unlocking and realizing the value of data.
