Edge Detection Technology for Traffic Signs Based on MATLAB
Traffic sign recognition has great significance in intelligent transportation systems,and traffic sign edge detection is a crucial step in traffic sign recognition.This article first introduces several commonly used edge detection algorithms,then performs edge detection on various traffic sign images,and compares the detection results of noise free sign images and noisy sign images.Finally,the processed results are compared and analyzed to facilitate the selection of appropriate detection algorithms in practical applications.
