This paper aims to design and implement an intelligent management system based on Building Information Modeling to address issues such as information silos,data fragmentation,and inaccurate decision-making in traditional building management.By integrating BIM technology with intelligent management methods,the system enables real-time data collection,precise analysis,and comprehensive management of construction processes,significantly enhancing operational efficiency and management effectiveness of buildings.
