Design and Application of Intelligent Aided Bid Evaluation System Based on Artificial Intelligence
This article aims to study and design an intelligent assisted evaluation system based on artificial intelligence to improve the quality of evaluation and reduce the unnecessary workload of evaluation experts.This system utilizes artificial intelligence technology and leverages the massive transaction data brought about by the development of information technology in the bidding and tendering field to achieve standardized processes and intelligent evaluation capabilities.This article mainly introduces the design background,system architecture,and the design and implementation of functional modules of the system.The intelligent assisted evaluation system based on artificial intelligence can significantly reduce the risk of expert discretion and subjective judgment,ensure the uniformity of evaluation scale and the fairness of evaluation results,and ensure the credibility and reliability of evaluation results.
